1. What qualities do you exhibit as a leader? 2. What qualities of leadership do you want to develop? 3. What are project ideas that we can do for the school? 4. What is one take away from the meeting today?
qualities i exhibit as a leader are mostly just being the one to take that extra step to showing others what they can do to improver themselvs and the others around them and also being the one to go out of my way to assure that my classmates and teachers/staff have everything they need and if they need assistance with anything.
qualities of leadership i would like to develop i cant put a finger on but i would like to continue to grow with the skills I do have.
Project Ideas. 1.teacher vs staff Sports days 2.some new school cloths and things eg.sweaters,t shirts,wristbands,folders ect. things that people can buy for not a huge price and help the school out. 3. (maybe we can brain storm our ideas to also come up with new ones)
Things i took from the first meeting is that this is a very special group of people trying to help the special needs that our school needs to meet inorder to grow as a strong community.
1) The Qualities I Exhibit As A Leader Is Leadership,Responsibility, Trust,and I give people a chance to say what they feel and i am very respectful and i all ways work hard and I Never give up even if people aren't trying to put their effort into it. I also get things done on time and I Never like being late. I'm also a role model and I show people that I am capuable of anything.
2) I want to develop all the leadership skills taht are out there so I can become better.
3) (PLAN FUN EVENTS) Make Money For We can Have Money For The Future and we can even make money now so we can do extra things so we can have fun.
4)The Meeting Was Good But I Just Wonder If People are really going to be apart of it and i wonder if they are going to be commited to what they said YES TO. Maybe we can be in the meeting room so we can write our ideas on the white board like you said.
